Marketing Strategist for Women in Business

What if you didn't have to do this alone?

You're good at what you do. Marketing it consistently is a different skill. Post Road Marketing works with women entrepreneurs to build clear, repeatable systems that bring in the right clients. We're based in Saint John, New Brunswick, and work with clients all over the world.

You built a business. Now you're buried in it

Somewhere along the way, the marketing took over. The to-do list grew, the pressure to show up everywhere got louder, and the work you actually built this business to do kept getting pushed aside.

Another course or another framework built for someone else's won't fix that. A clear plan and a real partner who understands where you are will.

My name is Erica, and I know this feeling firsthand.

For years, I did what most of us do. I bought the courses, chased the trends, and tried to follow formulas built by people who don't understand my business. I was doing all the "right" things and getting nowhere.

Building a solid foundation changed everything about my results. A repeatable system for attracting the right clients, grounded in a clear message and a real strategy, was what had been missing all along. The problem was never the effort. It was the approach.

I'm a certified Direct Response Copywriter and have been working in online marketing since 2014. The fads come and go. A clear message and a solid plan are what consistently work.

A business should support your life, not consume it.

There's no such thing as perfect work-life balance. There will be seasons where work takes the front seat, and seasons where your family needs more of you. Your marketing should hold up through both.

I genuinely believe the world gets better when women do work they love and make good money doing it. Households change. Communities change. All because women stopped buying into the status quo and made their own mark on the world.

This is why I don't build strategies that require you to be everywhere at once. If a plan only works when life is going smoothly, it's not a good plan.

This work is about giving you control over your own marketing.

Think of it as having someone riding shotgun. Someone who can watch the map and tell you about obstacles up ahead, knows when to turn the tunes up (and down), and isn't afraid to tell you when you're about to miss your exit.

My job is to help you build a marketing foundation you can trust. Through the ROAD Method, you learn to create marketing that aligns with your values and your intuition, not someone else's formula. You'll know exactly what you're doing and why. You won't have to start from scratch again

Based in Saint John, New Brunswick, I work with women-led service businesses across Canada and around the world.

You don't have to build alone.

This journey is better when you have people to share the road with. The Roundabout is a free monthly meetup for women in business who want to connect, share what's working, and get real-time feedback in a space without competition or comparison. A community of women who get it.
